Strolling down Sheikh Ammar bin Hamid Street in Jumeirah, I stumbled upon this cozy gem called Real Karak Cafe. Seriously, if you’re in the mood for some soul-soothing Karak tea, your search just ended. What’s the first thing I noticed? The vibe, man. It’s got this casual, hip atmosphere, perfect for hanging out with pals or just chilling solo.
Now, they’ve got this motto, “Let’s Meet & Treat.” And treat, they do! I had to try their Karak Saffron, probably the best I’ve had in Dubai. It’s sweet, but not over the top, and the chapati? Oh boy, that chapati is like a warm hug on a plate. It’s light, perfectly cooked, and pairs so well with everything else.
Saw quite a few folks raving about the Luqaimat too. They’re calling it the best place for “LUQAIMAT,” and honestly, I can see why, although I did hear mixed feelings about it from a couple of visitors. Besides, the prices? A tad higher than other spots, sure, but you know what? Sometimes, quality comes with a price. And maybe, just maybe, it’s worth those extra dirhams for that fantastic taste.
Gotta mention the service. Super friendly! The order guy had a smile that just made my day. Plus, they’re open 24/7. Midnight cravings? Dial them up!
But hey, it’s not all roses. Some past visitors were not too thrilled about the service speed or a couple of drinks. Guess every place has its off days? Which, in the grand scheme, happens everywhere, right?
